Quality Management Policy and System

Sydney Building Projects’ Quality Management System is written by Davis Langton to AS/NZS ISO 9001.
SBP is committed to the implementation of the Quality Management System which allows us to maximise our efficiency and productivity to meet the Company’s goals and objectives and expectations of customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and profitability. To achieve this we continually improve the Management System in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001 to ensure we work to current market standards.

SBP audits subcontractors and suppliers and requires that they, as with our own staff, comply with the System’s requirements. Risk assessments, Inspection and Test Plans, Check Lists, Non-conformance, Remedial and Compliance Notices are all parts of the system and are maintained transparent to the Client.

Environmental Management Policy and System

Sydney Building Projects’ Environmental Management System is written by Davis Langton to AS/NZS ISO 14001
It is our policy to address environmental issues and comply with relevant environmental legislation and regulations. We take an active interest in the prevention of pollution through the adoption of processes, practices and products that avoid, reduce, or control pollution.

We employ strategies to mitigate threats to the environment and protect clients, the public, employees and subcontractors. Through Risk Assessment of “procedures” and “design in use” and regular review of environmental objectives and targets, we aim to use products and services so as to minimise environmental impacts in use, and disposal. Subcontractors and suppliers are required to abide by our EM Plans.
